For the past few weeks, we’ve had the pleasure of having Aaro Roivas as part of our team at Oseir. He joined us for a 6-week internship integrated into his International Business Management degree, and he has already made a fantastic impact.
During his time here, Aaro has been diving deep into a variety of valuable tasks, bridging his academic knowledge with real-world business operations. He has been taking charge of our CRM implementation and its preparation, while also supporting our commercial side by crafting marketing and sales materials. To keep things wonderfully varied, he has even rolled up his sleeves for some hands-on assembly work.
Aaro describes the experience as a great viewpoint into the daily life and operations of a high-tech company. Since CRM and commercial support tie in perfectly with his business management studies, the work has felt both highly relevant and rewarding.
Beyond the tasks themselves, Aaro has given a big thumbs up to our company culture, sharing that the great facilities and relaxed, welcoming atmosphere made it easy to feel part of the team right from day one.
