Since 1999 we have provided state-of-the-art diagnostic systems for thermal spray and cold spray coating processes as well as other industrial applications. Systems for research and development, systems small and large for daily process quality control to save cost, reduce waste and improve profits.

SPEE3D has been successfully testing with the Oseir CS2 instrument to measure key parameters of the supersonic metal powder spray from our 3D metal printer nozzle. The instrument was quickly and easily set-up and we were taking and analyzing key parameters in quick-time. The instrument requires minimal training and we were able to record and interpret multiple data sets that has allowed us to better understand nozzle performance and thereby adjust printer parameters to optimize the 3D printing process. We believe the instrument is a valuable tool for QA, commissioning tests and materials development. The CS2 is a must have for us now!
