During 2018/2019 Oseir has developed a new generation of both SprayWatch and HiWatch systems for hot&cold particle diagnostics. New optical systems and mechanical construction improve customer experience with same or even better performance.
The new SprayWatch cameras are USB-cameras so they can be connected to any PC or laptop with suitable performance. They also have significantly improved performance especially for faster measuring faster particles even up to more than 2000 m/s.
The new HiWatch systems use either GigB or USB cameras for the same reason as above to make the systems simpler with less parts and improved performance. Fully integrating the laser part inside the camera also simplifies the cabling needed to make everything work.
Additional safety features have been added to make it easier to manage user safety especially in daily use of the equipment for quality and process control in production.
